I'm seeking an experienced developer to build a high-performance, cross-platform desktop application using Electron.js and React.js. The app will be tailored for offline-first functionality and compatible with Windows, Linux, and Mac. It will feature a highly detailed and interactive UI, local database integration with SQLite, and seamless IPC communication.

Key Requirements:
