Functionalities to build:
• Book meeting function that automatically check calendars of team members and shows available slots to external users to make booking with our experts
- Admin can sync several calendars (of team member/experts) to one calendar booking form and the form will show availability for all the hours any of the linked expert calendars show available time.
• Blog section
- All type of Users can read, like, share on multiple social media platforms, and add comments on posts (only logged in user),
- Admin: content creators can login to write and publish blogs in their desired design and format. Blog contents could be videos hosted on YouTube and other platforms
• University data and pages
- Admin:
o can update university data in bulk using excel or other supported file formats
o can update individual university data from university page (separate login for data entry operators, data is published online once validated by a proper assigned user on the admin side)
- Public users (no login required)
o Can search universities based on key factors such as country, program name etc.,
- Registered student users (have an account)
o Can shortlist university programs which will show in their profile
- Premium paid student users:
o Can click on “apply” to start applying to a university course
o Can apply to multiple university courses/programs
• Student Profile Section:
- Registered user:
o Can add and remove universities to their shortlist
o Can update their profile with all the required details
o Can upload CV and other documents
- Premium users:
o Can create a calendar or planner to track upcoming events and deadlines
- Admin
o Can go into user profile section and update details
• Expert admin Profile Section:
- Super admin can assign multiple public users to expert admin
- Expert admin can create and update student planner
- Expert admin can see documents and other personal details of premium users only
• Premium Package page:
- Super admin can run promotional offer through discount coupons and referral links
- Users can make online payment and become premium user.
- Successful payment means a user profile is automatically upgraded to premium user with additional set of benefits

- Student can apply to multiple university courses
- Student can upload different set of documents and information for each application or copy from their profile or any other old application
