Dynamic HRMS Development with React & Firebase

I'm looking for a skilled developer to turn our pre-built React frontend for an HRMS into a fully dynamic application using Firebase. The system should cater to the following features:
- Employee Management: Adding, updating, and deleting employee records should be seamless and real-time.
- Payroll Processing: This feature must be dynamic to accommodate changes in employee status, salary updates, etc.
- Leave Tracking: The leave management system needs to reflect real-time updates on leave requests, approvals, and balances.
A crucial part of this project is implementing user authentication and role-based access. This will be necessary for both administrators and employees to ensure a secure and organized system.
The database structure needs to adhere to standard practices. We are not providing a pre-defined structure, so a solid understanding and ability to implement best practices in database design is required.
