Create a modern website that allows users to:
• Enter text and generate videos with a talking head based on an uploaded photo
• Choose a Russian voiceover (with multiple voice options)
• Add subtitles (text) to the video
• Generate images based on keywords (in Russian) with the ability to overlay text
• Have a user-friendly interface in Russian, fully responsive for mobile devices

1. Text Input and Talking Head Video Generation
• Text input field (up to 500 characters, Cyrillic supported)
• Upload photo (jpg, png, up to 5 MB) — automatically cropped/optimized for video
• Generate video with synchronized lip movements and Russian voiceover
• Voice selection (at least 2 options — male and female)
• Optional: adjust speech speed and intonation
• Automatic addition of readable and clear subtitles with positioning options
• Export video in mp4 format, available for download
2. Image Generation from Description
• Text/keyword input in Russian
• Image generation using AI (DALL·E, Stable Diffusion, or similar)
• Option to overlay text on image (Cyrillic supported)
• Preview and download of generated image
3. User Interface
• Fully in Russian
• Intuitive navigation and buttons
• Responsive design for desktop and mobile
• Instructions and tips for users
4. API Integration
• Use of D-ID or similar service for talking head video generation
