Drag and Drop Component in React

This is small test project.

There will be 2 main sections/div of the screen - Section 1 & Section 2
Section 1 has multiple rows for the drag & drop
Section 1 rows can have multiple columns for the drag & drop
Section 2 has one full screen column for the drag & drop
Drag & Drop card can move anywhere in the entire screen

This is description of this project.
