Development of Cake Sketching Component for React Web App & React Native Mobile App

We are seeking an experienced web developer proficient in React and React Native to create a cake sketching component for our existing web application and mobile app. This component will allow users to design cakes by dragging, dropping, resizing, and recoloring various elements, including cake layers, cupcakes, and other decorative items.
Key Requirements:
Compatibility: The sketch component must be fully functional and seamlessly integrate into our existing React web application and React Native mobile app. It must be operational on computers, tablets, and mobile devices.
Customization: Users must be able to modify the size and color of each element. Drag-and-drop functionality should allow users to place items onto a canvas to design their cake.
Design Elements: We will provide the design elements in the preferred format. Please indicate the format that would be best for your development process.
