Develop a sample app to Convert SQL DB Tables to Nested JSON

I need a skilled professional to develop a sample React app, where you will develop a function that can convert convert records of related tables of my Microsoft SQL Database into a nested JSON array. The relationships between these tables are primarily one to one and One-to-Many.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft SQL
- Experience with JSON data structures
- Understanding of database relationships, particularly One-to-Many and
- must know React development for sample app and javasctipt
