3D Design & Editing Tool Development

I'm in urgent need of a 3D design and editing tool. I have the basic idea of how this tool should function but I need help with the design of the user interface.
Key Requirements:
- The tool should be accessible on both web browsers and mobile devices.
- It should be developed using BabylonJS, React and NextJS.
- I would like the project to be completed as soon as possible.
Ideal skills and experience for this job include:
- Proficiency in BabylonJS, React and NextJS
- Previous experience in designing 3D tools
