Custom MERN eCommerce Platform
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I need a fully custom-coded eCommerce web application built with the MERN stack—MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. The storefront must be responsive and follow a modern, minimalist aesthetic. Core screens will include a browsable product catalogue with category filters and keyword search, a shopping cart, and a secure checkout.
User accounts should support JWT-based registration, login, and profile management. During checkout I want both Stripe and PayPal available, with webhooks set up to confirm successful payments and trigger order creation. Customers must be able to view their order history and live status updates.
An internal admin dashboard is essential. It should allow me to:
• Add, edit, or archive products (images, inventory, pricing)
• Manage user roles and deactivate accounts when needed
• Review, update, or refund orders and change shipment status
Please follow best practices for clean, secure, and scalable code (TypeScript is welcome if you prefer). No WordPress, Shopify, or other templates—everything should be coded from scratch. Once complete, deploy the app to a cloud platform such as Vercel or Render and provide clear setup documentation so I can replicate the environment locally.
If you have production experience with React hooks, Redux or Context, Express middlewares, and payment gateway SDKs, I’d love to see recent examples.
