Custom College Website & CMS Implementation

I’m looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a self-sustaining college website with a custom CMS, hosted on our Digital Ocean servers. The website should be easy to manage, scalable, and allow for dynamic content updates without requiring coding knowledge.
The custom CMS should include features like page generation, content management for text, images, and videos, file upload and storage, user roles and permissions, SEO optimization, a WYSIWYG editor, and backup and restore functionality.
The frontend should be responsive, fast, and capable of dynamically rendering content from the CMS. It should have a customizable navbar that allows admins to modify menu items, links, and dropdowns easily. The design should be modern, professional, and user-friendly.
For hosting and deployment, the entire system will be hosted on our Digital Ocean servers. The developer should configure the server properly, implement security best practices, and optimize performance with caching and CDN integration.
The ideal candidate should be proficient in full-stack development using technologies like React, Vue, or Angular for the frontend and Node.js, Python, or PHP for the backend. Experience with custom CMS development, database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB), and Digital Ocean server management is required. The developer should be able to write clean, well-documented, and scalable code.
