Culturefy - Learning platform

Hi,
We are searching for front-end developers to support us to build a learning platform for IT teams and team-leader. The project has already been kicked off (https://culturefy-fe.vercel.app) and we have quite a full backlog. We hope to find someone to support us for the next few months (part-time or full-time) - we initially expect around 200h-400h of work.

We strongly believe that providing an environment in which people strive and are intrinsically motivated will make organizations most successful and increase many people's happiness.
This nonprofit project aims to help organizations to build a modern company culture as we can see at Spotify, or Netflix.
Your technical lead is head of development at a large e-commerce store and has a strong background in react development.
We are excited to receive your rates if you are interested and if you bring the required skills. We will then arrange a little sample task to assess your skills and see if we are a good fit.
Must have skills
- TypeScript
- React.js
- Context
- Custom hooks (we only work with hooks and not with HOC's)
- Next.js
- SSR/ SSG
- Functional Programming
- Best practice coding principles
- Good front-end architecture know-how (e.g. separation of the data layer and UI component libs)
- Principles such as SOLID, KISS, etc.
- Testing know-how
- Working with Git (branching strategy, code reviews, etc.)
- Working in an agile way with Jira tickets
- Be able to work independently
Nice to have skills
- GraphQL - being able to write queries
- Tailwind CSS
- CSS 3 (Flex boxes, Flex Grid, etc.)
- Search know-how (Algolia, Meilisearch, or similar)
