I'm in need of a comprehensive communication application that allows for both audio and video calls, alongside a chat system. The application needs to be developed with the following technologies:

- Server-side: Node.js
- Database: MySQL
- Mobile (Android/iOS): React Native
Key Features:
- Utilizing WebRTC for all calls, no reliance on third-party services
- Ringing for incoming calls
- Background functionality for mobile applications
User Authentication:
- Implementation of phone number verification for user authentication
Data Storage:
- All call logs need to be stored
