Create a react based Image Slicer

I have a requirement for a react based image slicer. Similar to this style: https://i.imgur.com/bblTI3G.png

I will provide a JSON dataset consisting of the following data:

URL, Name, Route ID, Freq

Full Requirements

- When a card is clicked, it goes into Filtered State.
- Only 1 card can be selected at a time
- Clicking another card will transfer the filter
- There should be a mouse-over effect with hovering over a card
- Console Log should return the Route ID of the selected card
