Create ReactJs Form Plugin in WordPress

The goal is to display a reactjs form from a shortcode that will store data on submission and create a file in a specific directory

Tasks :

Create a plugin named: marasit-mwh
Create a cpt with CMB2 to store form data
Create a shortcode to display the form
which is displayed if user is connected
if not connected, display a login form in reactjs to log the user in wp
create form with the following fields :
username (text)
password (password)
domain name (url [subdomain.]domain.tld)
dbname (text [a-z0-9_]
unique 16 caracters id / different from the actual cpt id (hidden)
current connected wp user
When submitting the form, save data
Create a file named with the 16 caracters id under dynamic path wp-content/themes/<theme name>/marasit/plugins/marasit-mwh/new/<16 caracter id>
