Create a Mail Client on Ruby Rails

I need you to develop some mail client web-app for me. I would like this software to be developed on Ruby On Rails, latest version.
One needs to Login their Gmail/Outlook/IMAP email and can manage their e-mail over this web-app.
For Gmail & Outlook, we need to use API so that user can simply login using oAth and fetch all folders.
Kindly Note: Inbox/All Email folders email(s)should be in thread timezone from the users browser.
