Create MERN stack website with dynamic pages

Objective: Build a simple website based on data from database.

Tech stack to use:
Back End: Node.JS
Database: MySQL or MongoDB
Front End: React.JS

The idea is to create a similar website to https://numbeo.com but instead of “cost of living” data, we want to show “climate change impact” data for each city.

The first version of the website will consist of a simple homepage which links to all dynamically created sub-pages. One subpage for each city.

I have attached the database tables and very simple wireframes.

In the wireframes, the text in blue color are comments for you to note; and the text in [city.city] means these are variable to take data from database.

The website should be mobile responsive.

I would need your help to create the database, back-end and front-end of the websites.
Please also suggest a hosting provider.
