Convert React ERP to Offline App

I have a complete React/Vite-based ERP web application with Tailwind CSS for all theming/UI.
I need an experienced developer or consultant to help me package this web app as a cross-platform desktop application using Electron. The app must:

Work 100% offline, loading all assets (HTML/JS/CSS/fonts/images) locally.

Run on both Windows and Mac (build and installer for both).

Include all Tailwind CSS/theme/styles, fonts, and icons as in the current website.

The Electron app must display the exact same UI/design and provide fully functional navigation & features from the web version.

No external/CDN links – everything should be bundled for offline use.

Build, code signing, and packaging for distributable .exe (Windows) and .dmg/.pkg (Mac).

Tasks:

Set up and optimize Electron configuration for a Vite/React project.

Ensure correct integration of Tailwind CSS in compiled build for Electron.

Troubleshoot and resolve any styling and asset loading issues (CSS not applying, fonts not loading, etc.).

Package & generate installers for Windows and Mac.

Document instructions for updating and rebuilding the app in the future.

Deliverables:

Electron project source code ready to build for Windows/Mac.

Built apps (.exe and .dmg) for testing and distribution.

Written steps/instructions for future builds and updates.

Requirements:

Strong experience with Electron, React, Vite, and Tailwind CSS.

Prior experience converting web apps to desktop (portfolio/examples helpful).

Knowledge of offline app bundling & code signing is a plus.
