Project Overview
This project entails the design, development, integration, and deployment of a web-based intelligent chatbot builder and conversational automation platform. The solution will be capable of handling human-like conversations, integrating with third-party platforms, and offering a visually intuitive interface for managing chatbot flows, user behavior, and analytics.

• Role-based access (Admin, Editor, Viewer)
• Organization account setup & profile management
Chatbot Builder (Visual Flow Designer)
• Drag-and-drop interface for building bot conversations
• Node types: text, buttons, forms, API call, conditions, delay, fallback
• Flow versioning and saving
• Export/import functionality for flows
Conversation Engine
• NLP-based query recognition using third-party APIs (OpenAI, Dialogflow)
• Intent recognition, fallback handling
• Context management (short-term memory)
Multichannel Integration
