Connecting REST API to ReactJS Frontend (User Area)

I am looking for a developer who can connect an existing REST API to an existing ReactJS frontend for users area of an online eBook service. The ReactJS frontend includes pages Home, List, Book, Plans, Register, Login, Remember Password and Profile. There is only one endpoint with about 25 calls that need to be connected.
The ideal candidate should have experience in ReactJS and RESTful API principles. Knowledge of Persian language is a plus, as the language of the user area front is in Persian.
