Core Features:
- User Authentication & Authorization: The portal should support native registration and login systems, complete with profile creation and secure authentication.
- Job Listings: Job seekers should be able to search and filter job listings based on location, salary, and job type. The listings should also support sorting and pagination options.
- Job Application Process: Job seekers should be able to apply for jobs, attach resumes, and track their application status. Employers should have the ability to review applications and manage candidates.
- Dashboard: Custom dashboards for both job seekers and employers. These dashboards should allow users to track applications, manage job postings, and view job recommendations.
- Admin Panel: An admin interface for managing users, moderating job postings, and accessing platform analytics.
- Responsive Design: A mobile-first, fully responsive design across all devices.
