• Restaurants register with name, phone, email, FSSAI number (mandatory), GST number (optional), address, bank details, upload logo, menu with max 25 dishes each having up to 10 add-ons and photos, OTP verification, accept/decline orders, view earnings and commission deductions.
• Solo delivery partners register with name, phone, license number, vehicle number, PAN card, upload profile picture, OTP verification, accept deliveries, mark picked up and delivered, delivery confirmation via customer-provided OTP.
• Delivery agencies register business name, phone, email, list of delivery persons, each delivery person gets separate login.
• Customers select items, place orders, restaurants get notifications, accept or reject, if accepted order marked preparing, delivery partner assigned automatically based on distance and availability.
• Payment via Paytm Payment Gateway with automatic commission split: 8% from restaurants to admin, 1% from customers as platform fee, 1% from delivery partners per delivery, remaining amount sent automatically to restaurant and delivery partner via Paytm Payouts/UPI.
• Google Maps API used for live location tracking, delivery distance calculated at ₹9 per km.
• Delivery partner app shows pickup and drop locations, allows accept/reject orders, mark picked up and delivered with OTP confirmation.
• Admin panel to manage customers, restaurants, delivery partners, and agencies, approve new registrations, manage API keys for MSG91, Paytm, Google Maps, track orders, earnings, commissions, manage refunds/disputes, view reports and analytics.
• JWT authentication, HTTPS encryption, secure storage of documents, role-based access control, integrated terms and conditions and privacy policy.
• Unique Food Nest logo with red-orange-yellow color palette, responsive React.js frontend, mobile-optimized dashboards for restaurants and delivery partners.
