Coding help twilio supabase integration

I have a very short project, the code is already done but the integration isn’t working so I need advise on how to resolve.
The concept is simple, my application, sends a text message to a phone number, with two URLs, using twilio.
Depending on which URL is clicked by the customer, a record within the supabase database is updated.
Very fast, very simple.
