Client & Admin Portal (Designing & Developing UI)

We are looking for a skilled **Frontend Developer** to build the UI for a two-portal dashboard system using modern technologies (preferably **React.js** or **Vue.js**).

The project consists of:
**Client Portal:**
* Login page with password change on first login
* Dashboard showing client-specific data
* View pages for: * Project(s) * Payment(s) * Contract(s) *

**Admin Portal:**
* Login page
* Dashboard for managing clients
* Forms to add: * Client details * Projects * Contracts * Payments

**Design references:** Will be provided as PNG/UI screenshots.

**Deliverables:**
* Fully responsive web UI
* REST API integrations (provided by backend)
* Error handling, loading states, and form validation
