ChakraUI Golf Scheduler Front-End Developer

I need a seasoned React developer well-versed in ChakraUI to build a front-end page that fetches data from a mocked API.  The page is a golf tee time scheduler that allows members to reserve 30 min tee times up to 48 hours in advance.  They cannot select more than 3 tee times in 48 hours.  No back-end work required.

## UI Components (Input):
- Name (textbox)
- Email (email textbox)
- Date picker (date picker)
- Tee time selection (list of available tee times as chakra cards that can be selected)
- Submit (Button)

## Key Operations:
1. Fetch available tee times for today's date using mock json data
2. Allow user to pick another date no more than 48 hours from now and fetch new mock json data
3. Validate name, email, atleast one tee time (and no more than 3) selected
4. Submit selected tee times to a mock API

We are looking for a simple demonstration app that takes no more than 10 hours spread over 3 or fewer days to build.
