Cart in React js

Hi i have a webapp both frontend and backend works... the frontend is based on react js using typescript. It's a webapp where admin adds templates (posts) and users can download those templates...till here it works...
What i want now to add here is a cart feature as well so users will be able to download single templates as they are doing now but will also have option to add templates to cart and download many at once by visiting the cart page. Let me know if you will be able to complete this...
