CRM Web App with Revenue Analytics

I'm in need of a custom web application for my reselling business, which mainly deals with digital goods. Here's a quick overview of our operations:
We operate by purchasing items from a vendor and then selling them to our customers. These transactions primarily involve digital goods.
I have a team in place that interacts with customers and facilitates the sale of our products.
Our business model is such that we acquire items from our vendors on an as-needed basis and then sell these items to our customers through an online marketplace.
Currently, we are managing our transactions using Excel sheets. Whenever a sale is made, the staff records it in a spreadsheet. I'm considering sharing a screenshot from one of our daily sheets for better understanding.
Based on the data in these sheets, I calculate payments to vendors, wages for our staff, and commissions for the marketplace.
