CRM Testing & Bug Audit
Budget: ₹400 – ₹750 INR
I’ve just finished building a React JS / Next JS CRM and now need a fresh set of eyes to put it through its paces. I want every corner of the platform—especially user management, sales tracking, customer support and our lead-management add-on—scrutinised for reliability, UX hiccups, performance issues and edge-case failures.
Your mission is straightforward:
• Explore the live CRM as a real user would, on both desktop and mobile.
• Log every defect in a spreadsheet with clear repro steps, expected vs. actual behaviour, severity level and environment details.
• Capture annotated screenshots (or short Loom clips) that make each issue unmistakable.
• Add concise, actionable suggestions so my dev team can jump straight to fixes or usability improvements.
The stack is modern React and Next, so an understanding of component hierarchies, state management and API interactions will help you spot deeper problems rather than surface glitches alone. If you like going beyond the obvious—checking role permissions, pipeline calculations, support ticket flows and bulk data imports—you’ll fit right in.
I’ll provide access credentials, a feature checklist and the current Git branch for reference. Deliverables are the completed bug log, the image/video evidence and a short summary of high-impact fixes you recommend. Let me know how soon you can start and an estimate of how many hours your first full test cycle will take.
