Calling Experienced Full Stack MEAN / MERN Developers to Design, Build & Make a Fully Functional Business Buying and Selling Website & Mobile App
This Job is exclusively for Experienced and Talented Developers who have a small team to execute a full project. Not meant for large software firms as you will not be able to do this at the budgeted costs.
We are FranchiseBAZAR operating a India Franchise Marketplace for a decade now. We are now looking to hire an experienced developer / small firm for a 3–6-month project to build a new business marketplace portal which will be beyond the existing franchise marketplace offering many more types of business opportunities beyond franchise opportunities.
You will be completely responsible to build and host this new business e-market place portal.
This contract includes multiple sub-projects of updating existing FranchiseBAZAR platform in the same tech specs and database as we'd do for the new market place.
This would then continue to be a global franchise market place portal adhering to all the Google's latest web requirements which the world's top websites and mobile apps adhere to.
You Must be experienced with Javascript, React, NodeJS, MongoDB & Flutter / React Native to create a mobile app as well in the second phase of this project. PHP expertise will help you work with the existing platform we have.
Please note we are creating a proper business application with several dashboards and reporting formats for different types of users from across the globe, payment gateways, sms and bulk email api's integrated.
Required Experience
Experience creating localized (many languages) interfaces with React preferred.
UI, UX, interactivity design / Graphic Design experience is a must.
Experience in making architectural recommendations (You will create the wireframes based on the business logic provided)
JIRA knowledge is a plus
Entire testing will happen through coding.
Prior experience with continuous integration is a plus
The UX goal of our project is to take a highly technical and difficult topic and translate that into a beautiful, intuitive, and functional interface.
This is a Web Application using a Mobile First Design & Front End Approach and has multiple admin dashboards, types of users, reporting formats for all users as to what the platform is performing for them.
To be a best fit for this project you need:
Ability to communicate clearly
Dedication to meet project deadlines in a timely manner.
We will meet on SKYPE every saturday to check the progress of the project and complete it within the given time frame.

Willingness to sign an NDA
Execution capabilities from creating Wireframes to Hosting the website and leading a team of other professionals who may come in temporarily to do specific tasks which you cannot do yourself.
