Build website, image uploads and checkout

This project is to deliver a website and backend API. This project will provide artistic rendering of images (creations), where a user provides a photo image, a style image and we email them later on with an artistic mashup. The logic for generating images is not part of this work, so the programmer only needs to focus on the website and API logic, not logic for generating images. For this project and deliverable, the developer can simply mock return the input photo as the generated image in the email. The part that runs to return the generated image must be written in python, so the mock generated code must be in python. The website must integrate with paypal or another payment processor to handle purchases like, “jumping the line” or purchasing hi-res versions of creations.
