Build me a webapp

I am developing a platform to visit construction sites wherever and whenever you want. We are the historical Street View for projects under construction. It is a visual web platform for the remote control and management of construction works. The tool will focus on meeting the needs of clients from three perspectives: graphic visualisation (photos, plans, etc.), data management and communication between those involved.

The use of the tool will result in time and cost savings, increased transparency in the construction process and a reduction of risks inherent to any project.
