Build a web app for a new startup

I'm in the process of developing a web app for my startup, a SaaS software that enables sales and product teams to collaborate so sales teams can sell faster, and product teams can more easily use sales teams' feedback for product roadmap planning. I have a design and a prototype, and have gone into detail what elements and behaviors the screens should contain. I am now looking for someone who could take the prototype and design and create the next version so we can build a more proper web app and onboard the first users.
