Build a simple MERN stack Web App with API reads.

I am currently looking for someone to build a few single page web applications using the MERN stack for the company I work for. Currently, we are just looking to get a quote on the first web app, which would essentially be a user's account dashboard. Though, if you have some sort of deal for 3 independent applications, please let me know. I have drafted up a requirement analysis and a GUI Mockup for how things should look and what data will be needed. After the job is complete, we must own the rights to all source code, and the site itself, in addition we must be able to make changes if necessary.
