Build react app using API

• All dynamic elements of the application must be created using React components.
• All application data must be stored as the state of the React components.
• The application must use data transfer between React components both from top to bottom (from parent to daughter) and from bottom to top (from parent to parent).
• The application could use at least three lifecycle methods for its React components.
• The application must use event processing and transfer event information between components.
The application must include the following general functionality:
• the application reads data from some external API source;
• the application shows the data received by the user in the application window;

• the application must offer the user a choice of Estonian / Russian / English user interface language;
• the application must offer the user a choice of user interface theme (eg dark / light);
• the application must be able to store user interface options (language, subject, font size, data flow preferences) in a repository (localStorage, Firebase, etc.);
• The user interface of the application must be flexible, ie it can adapt to different screen sizes.

It would be great if the project was just like that, taking into account the requirements of course (language, choice of theme, life cycles, etc.).however, you can come up with something of your own within the framework of this api and requirements.
