Build a commerce website

We are looking to create a commerce website. While we cannot disclose much information about the project or the specifics to anyone, we will put down below the main objectives and points we want our site to meet.

Important: The project should be neatly developed using modern framework technologies, contrary to using existing themes or software (no WordPress, or existing commercial templates). We are looking for someone who is able to create a proper backend & frontend structure.

Main features required:

- Users
-> Possibility for users to create accounts and have a dashboard they can view their items in.
-> Have a profile page for users to verify & update their data (
-> Having a different range of roles (customer, administrator, and so on).
-> Possibility to put an item up for sale.
-> Possibility to purchase an item that is for sale, and allow to check a few options for the delivery.
-> Payment gateway for the order that is put online.

- Administrators
-> Have a dashboard to see existing orders.
-> Change status on existing orders.
-> See seller and purchaser information on existing orders.
-> Force a refund on the seller (to be implemented to the existing payment gateway).

- Marketplace
-> The marketplace should be as intuitive as it sounds, to be closely compared to existing marketplace designs (i.e eBay).
-> Marketplace should have a wide range of categories, that can be created by administrators and chosen from users who are putting their items up for sale.
