I am looking for an experienced developer or team to build a Team Management App that helps companies or startups manage projects, tasks, and team members efficiently. The app should be intuitive, responsive, and scalable.
Key Features Required:
User Management: Admin, Manager, and Employee roles with role-based permissions.
Task & Project Management: Create, assign, and track tasks with deadlines, priorities, and statuses. Kanban-style task view preferred.
Attendance & Work Tracking: Daily check-in/out, leave requests, and attendance summaries.
Team Communication: Real-time chat (1:1 and group) and task comments.
Dashboard & Reports: Analytics for task completion, project progress, and team performance.
Notifications: Task assignment, deadlines, leave approvals, and announcements.
Preferred Tech Stack:
Frontend: React.js / Next.js or Flutter (mobile)
Backend: Node.js + Express or Laravel
Database: MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB
Authentication: JWT-based
Hosting: Flexible, can be hosted on Hostinger / AWS / Vercel
