Build React/Nextjs/mongoDB - food app (mobile and web) for indian Start up

We are also open to hire freelancers for full time. For seasoned and experience full stack developer, this project can be easily finished in under 2/3 months.
We are an Indian / Australian Start up seeking a talented full stack web and mobile app developer to build a MVP for our food app.
The project is expected to start in next 2/3 weeks.
You will be provided with detailed Adobe XD designs along with expected User Interactions , brand colors, and fonts. You will need to convert Adobe XD designs to to React and React Native code and build end to end mobile app using react Native and Web app using NextJS , React JS stack .
Our choice of UI library is Material UI/Material design
You will also be provided with list of all epics and user stories along with Acceptance criteria and functional requirements
The Product will be very similar to Uber Eats, Menulog, Zomato, Swiggy etc.
Typical use cases / epics in the MVP will include following
- Customer sign up (along with email and mobile verification)
- Restaurant sign up along with profile submission
- Restaurant registration request form
- Restaurant manual activation by MVP product team
- Restaurant notifications for registration and activation
- Restaurant manage menu (add/delete/edit)
- Restaurant live order dashboard to accept/reject orders
- Restaurant order delivery schedule
- Restaurant orders history
- Customer search and search result nearest restaurant based on location
- Search based on food items (Mongo DB text search )
- Filter the search based on dietary needs, food availability (mongo DB faceted search)
- Customer update profile including password change
- Customer view order history
- Disable customer and restaurant account
- Payments to restaurants
-Refunds to customers, if required
- End to end payment processing along with notifications of orders to customers (RazorPay Route or similar)
We are a product company and good developers will potentially get ongoing work
Your experience in working with JIRA will be highly regarded, but its not a mandatory skill
As a developer will be responsible for the following project technical tasks and activities
1. Build the front end by converting Adobe XD designs to React
2. Build Yup front end validations
3. Manage component state using useState and context API
4. Use React hook form whenever user interaction (forms) is required
5. Perform front end unit testing
6. Build back end API for Mongo DB using Nextjs middleware (Mongoose is NOT our preference)
7. Unit testing and integration testing
8. Deploy to vercel or similiar
9. Post production verification testing (PVT) with live test data and live domain (Not UAT)
10. Handover any code to us (all git branches)
11 Sign off
You will need to sign Non Disclosure agreement, IP agreement, and Confidentiality agreement before we can award this project to you
We are open to hear project engagement options but our preference is fixed cost project.
