Build me a PWA for booking appointment

Lilian Africa hair braid operates a saloon and needs a bespoke, well designed and semantic appointment booking application that will give their customer the flexibility to book an appointment which will capture customer’s name, email address, phone number, date, time and either upload hair style or select from the available hair styles. There will also be a website that will show case various hair styles to potential customers with capability to manage the customer easily without stress. The website will also have the functionality to link the customer to download a mobile app to enable them book appointment.
