Build a Multi-Vendor B2B Medical Supplies Marketplace with Quantity-Based Pricing, Dynamic Commission, and Price-Drop Alerts

I need an experienced Laravel/React development team to build a scalable B2B multi-vendor marketplace for medical supplies.
The platform should allow multiple vendors to sell medical supplies to buyers such as clinics, doctors, pharmacies, companies, distributors, and resellers.
The system must include quantity-based pricing, where each vendor can set different prices according to quantity levels. For example, 1–10 units have one price, 11–50 units have another price, and 100+ units have a better price.
Multiple vendors should be able to sell the same master product, and buyers should be able to compare vendors based on price, stock, delivery time, and rating.
The platform should include a vendor competitive price alert system. If one vendor offers a lower price for a product at a certain quantity level, other vendors selling the same product should receive notifications so they can decide whether to reduce their price.
The platform should also include buyer price-drop alerts. If a buyer previously purchased a product and later the same product becomes available at a lower price, the buyer should receive a notification.
The platform commission should be dynamic and change according to the vendor discount level or price competitiveness. Admin should be able to create and modify commission rules.
