Build and Embed Lease Calculator Form

I already have a working lease-extension calculator written in a single .jsx file and a screenshot that shows exactly how the finished form should look. What I need now is a developer who can:

• Spin up a fresh page on my existing WordPress site (Elementor-based)
• Embed the React/JSX calculator so it looks identical to the provided image
• Make sure every field the user completes is captured and then emailed to me in a nicely structured HTML message directly as an wordpress email to us.

All user inputs—both the calculator figures and the contact details—must be included in the email. I don’t need the data stored in the database, just delivered reliably via HTML email each time the form is submitted.

Once the calculator has been produced and working, we need this embedded onto a new separate page on our website to follow the same theme as the remainder of the website.

I’ll supply the .jsx file, the reference screenshot and access to WordPress. Once it’s live, I’ll test a few scenarios; the job is finished when each test submission arrives in my inbox with all fields present and formatted cleanly.
