Bazel: UI Hermetic Build using aspect library

I'm looking for a qualified freelancer to build a hermetically sealed UI for my web platform using the aspect build bazel tool. I have some design preferences but am open to suggestions and new ideas. My target completion date for this project is within a week. The right freelancer must have experience with Aspect Bazel, as well as UI design. Please be aware that the application must be hermetically sealed for security reasons.
