I’m building a production-ready web application and need a Bangalore-based MERN specialist to slot straight into our small team. The immediate focus is the data layer, so solid MongoDB expertise is essential—you should feel comfortable designing schemas, optimising queries, and managing indexes for performance at scale.

You’ll collaborate with me on the Node.js + Express backend and hook your APIs into the existing React front-end. We already use Git (GitHub), Jira, and Slack for daily workflow, so expect code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and iterative deployments.

Key expectations
• Architect and implement MongoDB collections and aggregation pipelines
• Extend and refactor Express routes and middleware for new business logic
• Coordinate with the React lead to ensure smooth data flow and state management
• Work from our office in Bangalore (on-site)
• Deliver clean, well-tested code and clear documentation for every sprint
