App version of our website

Dear Developers, We are a group of Computer Science students in Denmark working on developing a website as an assignment. Part of this is to outsource the development of an app version of the website. This will only be a clean graphic presentation of our site using our site’s UI part. We would like to have an Android app to be built to show info on capitals around the world and covid info of the city/country. Would you be available for the task and what will you be charging?, we are offering 240 usd to do the task.
