Add Dashboard and blog, auto translate, seo tags, membership (for a Ready made react app)

Hi,
We have a ready-made react app, we want to add the following features:

- Dashboard
- Blog (following our design ready-made)
- Auto Translate
- Seo tags (react helmet library can be used)
- Membership (PayPal, and stripe).
