Web based PDF browsing & Adding Boomarks/Highlighting

This is a project for a single web page, only client side. A user should be able to browse on his browser the PDF document “Preparation of …” and add bookmarks or highlights. No need to modify the underlying PDF file. Bookmarks and highlights should be saved separately from the PDF file itself. When the project will be assigned, we will send you the PDF file to use. The file is just an example of a PDF file with Bookmarks as Summary.
