Vibrant React/Node Based Car Dealership Website

Hi,
I would like to have a Car Dealership website made in React + Node, unless there is a better platform than this.
Some details of the 4 main pages are listed below. These are not all the features but only the ones that I can remember now. There will be many more features not in the list below and will need to be added as we go along.

I want the Landing page like the above site, with the Slider like the Automotive theme below. The other pages could have the same Slider on top and other details on the bottom.

I want the Listing page like the above page of the Automotive theme with all the functions, especially the Search function and Small Square Selection checkboxes next to each search Parameter that allows for multiple selection. This is an absolutely important feature. I will need most of the functions you see on this page. Some functions I may not need. Need Sorting of the cars by all parameters and by Year of the vehicles also. If I select Honda as Make then I should see only Honda Models in the MODELS menu and so on. Will need Number of Makes and Models and all other parameters in bracket in the Drop-down Menu for each search Parameter, which is not there in the present Automotive theme and like this website https://www.japanesecartrade.com/stock_list.php

And only when you login, you should be able to see ADD A CAR, EDIT and DELETE buttons on top of the page.
Will Need Shadows on many or most boxes and lines on the website.
Will need a Small Search Icon on the right top corner and I should be able to search a car with this Stock ID.
There will be One Line of Cars at the bottom on all the pages that shows “Recently Reserved/Sold” vehicles like the Motors theme.
Will Show 20 cars per page as default and choice to select 40 and 80 and 120 from a drop-down menu like www.beforward.jp
All elements need uniformity and lined up and the gaps need to be equal between sections and everything should look clean and refined.
VERY IMPORTANT – A text Bubble should pop up for certain cars while a customer is surfing the Listing page and this text bubble will have the words that I will write in the upload page and can highlight any feature of the car if I want to highlight it.

Need A rectangular box as Model Specification on Details page and I should be able to upload a PDF or JPEG there and this link should be on Upload Page.
Some Boxes like “Contact Via Whatsapp” could go Blue on Hover.
A “Video Review” box on Details page and which plays YT video and link to upload this video will be on the Upload Page.

This website was made in Motors theme. And this is how I want the car upload page. All the information for the uploading a car should be available on one single page with most of the information available as Dropdown Menu or Selection of Check Boxes. There are many intricate details of some sections of this page, especially the Sellers Notes section, a feature that was custom built for me and did not exist in the theme. There are some requirements for the Features section also that was not built in the theme.
I should be able to type in alphanumeric stock codes/ID (like ABC123456) for each vehicle.
Whatever I type in Listing Title Box on top of the same page, should show in the front-end as Title of car.
Need 5-10 Blank Boxes Below Features List to manually add any special Features for any car. These empty boxes will be like the orange Box in the Car Overview/Sellers Notes Section below this Features section.
Add Your Car page or Upload page – needs to auto save every 1 minute while uploading a car.
Need direct link to "Edit/Add Features" and "RE-ORDER the Features" from on the Upload Page.
Will need direct links on top of the Details page to Edit/Delete/Archive any Car when logged in.
Will need Bulk Actions (Delete/Move/Disable) option for the page that will list all the cars in Stock just like they have in WordPress backend.

VERY IMPORTANT - The site has to be responsive and should appear properly on a Mobile Phone as majority of customers will view my site on a mobile Phone.
VERY IMPORTANT - There are many things that I do not know or remember to write here but I will need everything that a proper Car Dealership website as.
Some or many or most websites have most of these features that I have described here, but I am still writing down whatever I can think of at this time and whatever I can remember at this time. Most of the features are obvious, necessary and logical features that would have to be in a car website, even if I don’t ask for it. And this is not a Final list and I know that there are many many features in the Backend and even in the Frontend that I am not even aware of and that we will need to implement and we will only know about it as we go along and as I start to use the website and as I start to upload the cars and as customers surf the website. So you cannot say “I have finished everything on the list and I am going home now.”
There is another CHEAPER and QUICKER option that we can discuss. I have already bought the Automotive theme and I can buy the Motors theme also. I would like to know if it possible to start a New WP website from scratch and copy the Listing Page codes from Automotive theme and copy the Car Details page codes and Car Upload page codes from Motors theme and then create a new Website by merging the 3 pages from the 2 website themes ? Or as a second option – can we setup the WP website using the Automotive theme and then create the Car Details page and Upload page like the Motors theme? Or as a third option – can we setup the WP website using the Motors theme and then create the Listing page and all the features like the Automotive theme? If we can do this, then we can quickly build the website. Fourth option could be to create a new WP site from scratch and code complete new pages that will look and work like the Automotive and Motors theme.
Whichever way it can be done, all I need is a listing page that looks and works like the listing page of Automotive theme and Car Details page that looks and works like Motors theme and the upload page with several additions and modifications and like my present website, which is like the Motors theme.
I don’t understand much about the different platforms. All I want is a properly working website that loads in reasonable amount of time and with no errors and no bugs and no breaking down and all the features I need.
I know that every single Freelancer out there will say that they can 100% and guaranteed make this website very easily and I know that 95% of them will not be able to make it the way I want and the way I have described and so I definitely prefer a developer who has created a car dealership website before so that they know what is involved in making such a website and so that they can easily understand all the features and requirements and make the website quickly instead of dragging this project for months and months.
I also prefer a Freelancer who works from home and can work/communicate during evenings on weekdays USA time and Saturday and Sunday as that is the time I am available to discuss the work details.
And I would like to know how much time will you need to completely build such a website.
