React UI from Mockup

Hot shot gig only here, needs to be fast to make up for lost time.
I have a Mockup that needs to be put into a UI that can handle a variety of data. React would be ideal.
I'm going to a late Christmas dinner tonight and need some magic to happen.
This is literally the quick build out of the wireframe, there is more work after this but as said earlier this is to make up for lost time from an already hired person
The basics, it is a modular layout with various tab locations for data, a tabular section, a list element section, tons of filters. I can fill in the parts but do not have time to learn React from scratch right now.
