React debugging and logging

We would like someone for a small project to setup and configure logging for react errors in a production system. This should also include the steps to recompile the a local version of the project to debug error messages in the console. Please confirm that you understand react debugging when replying with your bid. Our system uses Heroku, RoR, and coffescript within the React framework.
