React/Fuse interface modification for note building tool
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I've been working on a website in React with the Fuse template that will allow users to quickly document clinical encounters. Eventually there will be several other tools added but for now we just need the UI done and the means to view, print, and store the notes that were generated via manual text entry or voice recognition (I'm using a 3rd party solution for voice recognition so this does not need to be developed).
The software will pull data from several different DBs (patients, diseases, procedures, medications, etc) into the interface. The user will then be able to create treatment plans based upon a diagnosis (or set of diagnoses as can be shown later via a video).
The current site is here: https://fuse.mdt.washim.net/ . I will grant server access to the individual I choose for this project and will send all the current code as well. I would really like to get this done in the next week or so. I have attached what I call "phase II" which will further detail the controls on the site that need to change. Once this has been done then really each section of the note just needs an empty field created for data entry. But some sections must have structured data entry from the DBs.
My goal is to find a single, long-term partner to work on this project for the next several years. Right now I simply need to get this project functional so that it can be utilized.
