REIRevamped, an early stage US based AI/ML startup is looking for its first front end engineer. REIRevamped is disrupting the real estate investment market starting with the US market. Real estate investments make for about USD 10 Trillion globally with very few disruptors in the market. Leveraging machine learning we’re helping real estate investors yield higher returns. The co-founders, between them, have several years of experience in technology, operations and sales. There’s a huge opportunity in front of us to revolutionize the antiquated spreadsheet - manual work with technology.
From a tech stack standpoint we believe in choosing the right tool for the right use case and we’re not dogmatic about framework or language choices. We are applying standard best practices when it comes to CI, CD, containerization. On the backend we’re fully micro service oriented. You get to define and choose the right tech stack for the front end, so some knowledge of webpack, react, angular, etc will set you up for success. We don’t have a designer in-house so some level of converting concepts into design will be helpful as well.
Note: This is a fully remote position and to begin with will be an internship with the potential to convert to a more lucrative full time offer.
An ideal candidate will have:
React/Angular 7
HTML 5, CSS
Webpack, Babel, NPM
Understands API specs and designs and can influence it’s direction
Built modern reactive web components in the past
Understands unit and integration tests and frameworks like jest, chai, mocha
