Product-market-fit planner

I'm looking for full-stack web developer to code a website.

Requirements:

I have converted designs into pages using HTML5 and Bootstrap so that can be used in frontend. Plain html5s are attached in zip.

Software stacks:
- Architecture: Frontend to Backend using REST API.
- Frontend: React app with typescript using classes (no function components), setStates (no hooks) and bootstrap as base
- Backend: ExpressJS using typescript
- Database: MySQL compatible using Sequelize ORM in backend

Product:
Product itself is very basic website where members can create Product-market fit strategies (Files). In designs there is no view of Files as it is developed by another developer specialised in graph/2D interactive react components. So from backend perspective Files have data structure of JSON. Features that are required to be build are user and team management with listing of files.
